Do we have to have a face to face consultation with you?
No, it is completely up to you how you would like to communicate. We can Keep in touch via email, facebook or phone.
Do we have to pay a deposit?
We ask for a 50% non refundable deposit then the remaining amount would be due 6 weeks prior to the wedding. We would be happy to discuss other payment plans if necessary. If you would like to pay in full this is not a problem either.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, cheque and cash.
Do we need to supply food?
It is completely up to you, it does make it easier for us so that we can be in the right place at the right time to capture the events of the wedding breakfast, but it is not a requirement.
Can we choose our own music?
If you have a particular song choice we would need to know prior to filming. All efforts will be made to use your chosen song, however, we cannot guarantee it will be used as it is dependant on whether it compliments the footage. We are also limited due to copyright laws.
Will our wedding film be available for public viewing?
Yes, unless specified otherwise.
How long will the overall film be?
It really depends on what package is chosen and what footage is captured on the day. we generally aim for 10 + minutes. You have the option to purchase the unedited left over footage that was not used in the final edit of the wedding film.
How long does it take to edit the wedding film?
It usually takes 6-8 weeks but we will advise each couple individually their expected time of completion.
